My goal with Pray Love Wellness is to show my readers that if we can live and be healthy, you can too.

I have been blessed to be a wife to an amazing man, and the mama of three beautiful children. My husband, Dr. Dylan Foster (DC, PSc.D. & Functional Wellness Practitioner) own’s and operates a Functional Wellness Clinic. Everyday we get to help change people’s lives for the better. I LOVE that!
You can regularly find me hiking, working out and being active.
I love to cook, and bake. Sometimes I even use sugar! Gasp! 😉 But when I do, you can bet it’s raw and organic. However; my preferred sweeteners are pure maple syrup or raw honey. I enjoy reading through recipes and doing my own thing.
Another passion of mine is natural remedies. When something ails us, I will try something natural first. My kids will tease that if there’s an ailment, Coconut Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar can fix it. Those are my two-favorite go-to’s!
Travel is a must for me!
I absolutely love the beach. The waves gently rolling in, the breeze in my hair, the warm sun on my skin… Sorry! 🙂 I’m back. The beach is my happy place. On the flip side of that, I enjoy being in the tall pines, camping, with the smells of the forest and the sounds of the birds chirping, and a campfire on a crisp evening. Ya, that makes me very happy too.
I enjoy reading, relaxing, and playing games. I’m a sucker for Skipbo, or Phase 10. My kids and hubs will tell you I cheat; however, I assure you that I don’t!
We live an “organic, healthy lifestyle”.
Our kitchen is full of lots of animal protein, nuts, veggies and healthy fats. We use vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, tea tree oil, and other natural products to clean our home. What we put on our skin is important too, because it only takes 26 seconds to soak into our blood. So for us, our skincare is healthy and food based also.
I turned to a more “natural” organic way of living 18 years ago, when I was pregnant with my first baby.
As a result, I decided that I wanted to reduce chemical exposure to us in our home. Furthermore, it also became important to me that we always eat healthy, and make sure that our children grew up enjoying healthy foods.
Fast forward 10 years.
I found myself eagerly sharing our healthy lifestyle with others when I took my place in our Functional Wellness practice. Each day I spend time loving our patients. I get to share with them positive ways in which they can change their lives; to become or stay healthy, and to become independent. Thus giving them the courage to make their own choices for the health of themselves and their family.
So here I am! I am bringing the answers to questions you never knew to ask, all to one place.
