Today we’re going to talk about flushing your liver and gallbladder with a liver gallbladder flush. Yay!! You Ready?!?

The gallbladder’s main function is to store bile, which helps the body break down and digest the fats that you eat. Your gallbladder produces lots of enzymes. One of the gallbladders biggest jobs is to help process and eliminate toxins.
Therefore , as you can see, both of these organs are essential for you and your health, and thus it is imperative that they be functioning at optimal levels.

- Make sure to drink a lot of water. You need to drink at minimum half of your body weight in ounces per day. I strive to get to my full body weight in ounces. So if you weigh 130 pounds, you would need to drink no less than 65 ounces of water per day, but I would encourage you to get to 130 ounces per day!

Several years ago I got a phone call from my dad, whom was in the hospital. I was being told that he needed to have his gallbladder removed. The doctors were fearing mongering him into making this decision to have surgery, immediately. Do you know what happens when a doctor tells a patient that they have gallstones? Doctors tell the patient that this is horrible news, that gallstones are bad, causing damage, they cause risk of tearing the walls of the gallbladder, etc. So many scary scenarios. And then… The next and biggest, scariest news… They want to do surgery and remove it. When I spoke to my dad I told him what I’m about to tell you. You are not the only person with gallstones. Every single person on the planet has gallstones. Because you have gallstones, does not mean you need to have your gallbladder removed!! Please pay attention to this. If you’re told you have gallstones, it does not mean you need to have your gallbladder removed!
God gave you all of your body parts. Every single one of them have a purpose. Your gallbladder has a VERY important purpose. You need your gallbladder! What this means is: 1. You need to change your lifestyle so that you make fewer gallstones, because you’re making healthy food choices. And 2. You need to do a liver gallbladder flush!

What you need to do!

Choose a day like Saturday for the cleanse, when you will be able to rest the next day. Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without; they could prevent success. Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such as cooked oatmeal, fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (no butter or milk). This allows the bile to build up and develop pressure in the liver. Higher pressure pushes out more stones.
2:00 PM Do not eat or drink, except for water, after 2 o’clock. If you break this rule you could feel quite ill later. Get your Epsom Salts ready. Mix 4 tbs. of Epsom Salts in 3 cups of purified water in a quart jar. This makes four servings, ¾ cup each. Set the jar in the refrigerator to get ice cold (this is for convenience and taste only).
6:00 PM Drink one serving (¾ cup) of the ice cold Epsom Salts. If you did not prepare this ahead of time, mix 1 tbs. in ¾ cup water now. You may squeeze a wedge of fresh grapefruit juice into the Epsom Salt water to improve the taste. You may also drink a few mouthfuls of water afterwards, or suck on a slice of grapefruit.
8:00 PM Repeat previous step by drinking another ¾ cup of Epsom Salts. Again, you may squeeze a wedge of fresh grapefruit juice into the Epsom Salt water to improve the taste. You may also drink a few mouthfuls of water afterwards, or suck on a slice of grapefruit. You haven’t eaten since two o’clock, but you shouldn’t feel hungry. Get your bedtime chores done. Timing is critical for success.
9:45 PM Pour ½ cup (measured) olive oil into the pint jar. Wash grapefruit twice in hot water and dry. Squeeze by hand into the measuring cup. Remove pulp with fork. You should have at least ½ cup, more (up to 1 cup) is best. Add this to the olive oil. Close the jar tightly with the lid and shake hard until watery (only fresh grapefruit juice does this). Take 3 Gi Microb-X with water.
Now visit the bathroom one or more time, even if it makes you late for your ten o’clock drink. Don’t be more than 15 minutes late. You will get fewer stones out.
10:00 PM Drink the olive oil potion you have previously mixed. Take 2 Insomintol capsules if you’re under 170 pounds and 3 if you’re over 170 pounds with the first sips to make sure you will sleep through the night. Optional: drinking through a large plastic straw may help it go down easier. You may suck on a wedge of grapefruit or use straight honey to chase it down between sips. Have these ready on the kitchen counter. Get the olive oil mixture down within 5 minutes (15 minutes for elderly or weak persons).
Lie down immediately! You might fail to get stones out if you don’t. The sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Be ready for bed ahead of time. Don’t clean up the kitchen. As soon as the drink is down walk to your bed and lie down flat on your back with your head up high on the pillow. Try to think about what is happening in the liver. Try to keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. You may feel a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles. There is no pain because the bile duct valves are open (thank you Epsom salts!). Go to sleep, you may fail to get stones out if you don’t.
The next morning.
Upon awakening take your third dose of Epsom Salts. If you have indigestion or nausea wait until it is gone before drinking the Epsom Salts. You may go back to bed. Don’t take this potion before 6:00 am.
2 Hours Later Take your fourth (the last) dose of Epsom Salts. You may go back to bed again.
After 2 More Hours you may eat. Start with something light, like a banana. Half an hour later eat something else light. (ie: an egg, piece of toast, sauerkraut, banana) One hour later you may eat regular food but keep it light. By supper you should feel recovered. Begin your dosage of 3 GI Microb-X, 3 times per day.
How well did you do?
Expect watery diarrhea. Use a flashlight to look for gallstones in the toilet with the bowel movements. Look for the green kind since this is proof that they are genuine gallstones, not food residue. Only bile from the liver is pea green. The bowel movement sinks, but gallstones float because of the cholesterol inside. Count them all roughly, whether tan or green.
You will need to total 2000 stones before the liver is clean enough. The first cleanse may rid you of them for a few days, but as the stones from the rear travel forward, they may give you the same symptoms again. You may repeat cleanses at two week intervals. Never cleanse when you are [acutely] ill.
Sometimes the bile ducts are full of cholesterol crystals that did not form into round stones. They appear as a “chaff” floating on top of the toilet bowl water. It may be tan colored, harboring millions of tiny white crystals. Cleansing this chaff is just as important as purging.
